When a fabulous New York residential developer is a skier and outdoorsman at heart, he might just throw in the towel on his city life in exchange for the quiet sanctuary of the Fraser Valley. This adventurer and entrepreneur bought a piece of heaven with views to the continental divide, carved out room to build 56 exclusive homes, and called us to get the word out. What struck us was the oxymoron aspect of this developer’s vision: New York City chic in the mountains. And that’s how we helped him sell those gems.
