If you’re from Denver, or have lived here for any length of time, 1^st and Steele is a location we like to call ‘Main and Main’. It’s in the heart of Denver’s famed Cherry Creek Shopping District. The developers of this luxury mixed-use apartment building wanted to make sure that they attracted the sexiest retail tenants. So we aligned their brand message side-by-side with intersections of a similar stature: 5^th and Park in New York, Oak and Michigan in Chicago, Rodeo Drive and Wilshire in Los Angeles. You get the picture. And so did their new tenants, one of whom will be Nobu. We can’t wait to have their miso black cod on a regular basis.
