We gave our buyers the message that they could now finally have the second home they’d always wanted to share with their children and their grandchildren. We co-branded the location with a move-in incentive from Crate and Barrel. We added a philanthropic partnership with National Jewish Hospital. And we got the market’s attention. The train? It sounds like home.
